A Very Obscure Reference in Mario Land 2

Super Mario Land 2 on the Game Boy has some pretty unknown details in it. Here is one that is a reference to one of Nintendo's extremely old and obscure products. An Obscure Reference in Mario Land 2

The fact that Nintendo is essentially a _toy_ company influences its product philosophy until today. In my opinion, this is the reason, why Nintendo products always seem so weirdly different from other "videogame" companies.

Wait, they collaborated with Lego to make a Mario statue that looks similar to the Mario statue of Mario Zone. And at the top of Mario Zone is a reference to Nintendo’s direct competition to Lego. The mad lads.
