Kimchi fried rice with pan seared salmon with ment??? What's "ment"? I doubt it's "mint", right? Who adds mint in fried rice. Can anyone clarify this?

What I will do there... inspect his kitchen first, then Wanna see if they wear gloves in handling food.. If can't get to see the kitchen, then my rating to this restaurant minus 3 points out of 10.
