Great technique. At 3:20 you say line up at the 45 degree mark of my ruler but it looks like a it is lined up on a regular perpendicular cutting line. What am I missing?

Another excellent tutorial. Could you clarify please, would you continue to cut along the folded strip until the end, or, do you stop where the folded layers become fewer? Awaiting return of my vintage machines from my service chap. My other machines are awaiting me at my home in Spain. I've have watched so many YouTube demonstrations regarding cutting on the bias. This is the FIRST ONE that has made sense. Synchronized divers, may have sounded silly however it will remain with me for certain! One question, is the entire half yard utilized or when you get to the single folds is the remaining fabric destined for scraps? GREAT Thank-you so much, I'm now subscribed to your channel!
