The Style Guide provides rules on naming conventions, syntax, artefact management and organisation. It is meant to be complemented with technical artefacts and implementations that enable automatic conformance checking and transformation of conceptual models into formal semantic representations.

The first webinar on the Style Guide was held almost a year ago and introduced the community to this new standard. The second webinar addressed the issues that were raised by the community. During the third webinar we discussed your input regarding the first blog post and discussed alternatives to UML as a starting point for the conceptual model to create semantic specifications.
Concretely the agenda points were the following:
• Extending DCAT-AP – a use case for Application development
o Challenges
o Czech Application Profile of DCAT-AP
o Application Profiles and Specifications in Sweden
o SEMIC approach to building Application Profiles
• RDF-based conceptual models (as a single source of truth)
o Style Guide: Methodological Recommendations
