The irony is my husband and myself are wheatish and I was advised at both times of predeilivery and post delivery with various ingredients to be used to make my duaghter fair. I asked them back why she should be fair, and they didn't seems to understand still.. it's quite engraved in their heads that fair complexion is superior. Their white supremacy get on my nerves.

Doesn’t depend on the diet you take its the chromosomes and the genetics that gets selected… its a selection theory of genes which will be dominant and which will be recessive in the baby from the genetic characteristics of the mother’s and father’s genes…. Age old superstitions needs to be stopped and ppl should be acknowledged about hygiene and nutrition 😇

no matter how the baby looks. obviously parents dont love their babies based on their physical appearence but the society will judge them based on their looks their whole life. some people will bully them for how they look. so i dont see any problem in trying these remedies as long as theyre natural. obviously we r not going to inject our baby with whitening injections or something major.

I have eaten lot of pomegranate for my first baby but his skin colour is less compare to my second baby but the matter is I haven't eaten any fruits or anything due to diabetes but she is, more brighter skin than my first baby because my FIL family skin tone is that much colour
