This is a very fine antique French Louis XVI revival mahogany, marble and ormolu kidney-shaped side table, circa 1860 in date.

This delightful side table has been masterfully crafted from beautiful mahogany and features a decorative ormolu pierced gallery above a distinctive kidney shaped blanc marble top.

The frieze contains a single concave drawer decorated with applied ormolu decorative mounts, it is raised on four beautiful shaped fluted cabriole legs united by a useful galleried under tier terminating with paw sabots.
