Congratulations, as a retired NICU nurse that attended deliveries, this was one of the calmest delivery I’ve seen in my 40 years of nursing. So glad everyone is fine. Give ocean a hug and kiss for us

I had about 40 stitches after delivering my first baby. I took a lamp, removed the shade, and put direct light on the area for about a week and everything healed up quickly. We went on to have a dozen precious little humans. Blessings on a full recovery!
