Looks like you over torqued everything by keeping pressure on and pulling after the click. The moment it clicks you gotta release the pressure you apply.

Be careful if you buy this, not all are perfectly calibrated. The one I bought was way off!
It’s very nice but mine needs to be calibrated as they’re sold out of these at my local store.
I over torqued a bolt like a dummy and snapped it 😅 it never clicked. Just a heads up.
