This is very wierd. It will be the FIRST thing that youcan use mobility skill without any animation. What if you ult andd get teleported? Like Nunu Ryze, imagine some wierd slow af 200% BSR skills that hits like a truck comes in front of you with safe teleport?

Big charge skills that you can't live before casting... Now you can safely cast and get TP to initiate.

Also it will be wierd combination like Tamers Fly skill... imagine shes starting fly animation right before the tp, will she get cancelled or she will fly after the TP for huge deep engages?
