My theory is the Sumeru will have support weapons. Just because most craftable weapons available now are more targeted to sub dps/ main dps

A lot of the craftable weapons can put out very good numbers actually. Its just that most of them only work on 1-2 characters. As new characters come out the value of older craftables has only been increasing

I feel like the most useful ones are proto rancour, proto amber, iron sting, amenoma, hamayumi and proto crescent (Mappa mare kind of for sucrose and white blind for Noelle and Itto only ) polearms are really bad if you don't use physical and claymores are kind of all average

I have 5 of them claymore prototypes. Hope they release a banging claymore blueprint.

The only one I actually use is the Dragonspine Spear on Rosaria. Tho I’ve also started building Yoimiya and started leveling the Inazuma bow

Yeah sadly the current craftable weapons aren't all that great, the only one I use on a regular basis is the Inazuma Sword for Jean, the Catalyst's are especially garbage and it's kind of depressing

there's only a few good craftable weapons, my personal favorite is Hamayumi which is discount rust

I've only used my catalyst ones and sword ones because of prototype amber and iron sting

I only use Prototype Amber and in the future Prototype Crescent for Ganyu
Prototype Amber is often over looked but I think it is so great, allowing new team comps. I use it on Mona as the main healer on one side, been able to 36 stars the abyss, it counters well the corrosion. Level 1 r3

have 9 catalyst billet...use it to make r5 prototype amber

I don't keep too many weapon billets and use them occasionally but i do save at least one of each billet (normally more but i only have one sword one) so that if a weapon comes out that i really want i can at least get it.

i mean, you have prototype archaic, snow tombed starsilver, prototype amber, ameno kageuchi, hanayumi, prototype cresent, prototype starglitter. lot of good weapons
