like in your example video, you have 2 email inboxes listed. I have 2 outlook email inboxes. I applied your steps to each email account, but only 1 email sends out of office reply. I am unable to get the out of office reply/rule to send from my other/additional email account

How can you set your Out of Office Message to auto turn on/off based on a calendar event? For example, I am out of the office every other Friday. How can I add my Out of Office message to the Calendar event so that it auto turns on for me?

I know that you wanted to create a all encompassing training video, but you go into two many scenarios... most people only have one type of Outlook account... I was looking to send your video link around to the staff in my org, but its too confusing... I would anticipate people asking ... what kind of account do I have...

Sorry - i don't have automatic out of office . The setting up of rules looks a bit too complicated not clear how to turn them back off. Thanks anyway ...
