What I Did for My I/O Psychology Thesis

Here's what I did and what I found when completing the thesis for my master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

TLDR version: There's more than one method to identify if questions on a test function differently for different groups of people, and when you use these methods to identify and remove those questions on things like selection tests, they might be able to help reduce adverse impact and bias in the final outcomes.
