I cannot figure out why there are ANY thumbs down on this video. This guy does a great job of explaining what to do for those of us who have never had this kind of door knob.

This really saved me from calling a locksmith or panicking worse than I already was. I had put my little dog in the bedroom so she wouldn't run out while I was bringing in groceries. I had no idea the door lock button was pressed. When I went to let the dog out, I was surprised the door was locked. I was pushing and pushing with a paper clip, but it wouldn't budge. I had no idea some of these doors have screw-like mechanisms. I happened to have one of those eyeglass screwdrivers handy, so I struggled with it for awhile, and finally it opened -to my and my dog's relief. I'm so grateful that you posted this video!

Thank you much! Our bathroom door was locked for weeks and after trying all kinds of things (paperclips, etc.), I bought an eyeglass repair screwdriver set like you said (for like $7.99 on Amazon). I used one of the flat head screwdrivers and the door finally opened! Thank you !!!

Oh my gosh!  Thank you for this video!  I'm so glad I found it.  My two year old has been locked in her room for the last 25 minutes crying her head off.  I was poking a hanger and tooth pick in there frantically, and then I found this video and realized I needed to try the mini screw driver.  Worked like a charm.  Bless your soul for this video.  Phew!
