For those of us who do not live anywhere near a concert hall, or couldn't afford the tickets even if there was one, this is a Godsend. What a special gift to be able to sit and listen and watch this magnificent performance . The genius of Beethoven is an eternal blessing. Thanks to all who made this video possible. Oh, and also... that concert hall is absolutely gorgeous. 🎵🎵🎵

I keep reminding myself Beethoven was completely deaf when he composed and conducted the first ever performance of his magnificent Symphony #9

Beethoven??, my goodness, l first heard him when l was about 15 yrs of age, he saved me from my life. Soo beautiful memories, when my family life was bad l would go and to my room and listen to my record so no one could hear. Thank you Beethoven 🥰

Brilliant! The conductor is so fantastic, almost like he wrote the piece himself. I really love it when they focus on filming the whole orchestra, it really helps during these times. People working together to produce beautiful music really lifts the spirits.

Thank you mr. Kubrick for introducing this to me.
"It had been a wonderful evening and what I needed now, to give it the perfect ending, was a little of the Ludwig Van."

I love that the conductor, Maestro Frübeck de Burgos had no score in front of him for any of these symphonies. That's the first time I've seen that. RIP, sir.

One of the most communicative conductor I have ever seen. Bravo to the sound engineers.

I think probably the person filming these should get some credit too as they always seem to be where the action is and it really is much better than some recordings of other symphonies where it's like sitting in front of them so you mostly see the violins and the back of the conductor. It adds something to it so good job.

I love this rendition of the master work. Controlled, not rushed at all. And the soloists are amazing. Kudos to the Maestro and the sound engineers too.
