Johns senior swing still goes past parallel...he's a legend, the one and only...👊🏻

As he's gotten older his swing has gotten more "normal." I miss his longer swing, that was a thing of beauty.

I remember going to a Skins Game as a kid and of course it was like Fred Couples and Daly and I can't remember who else that year, but we were watching the warm up and everyone was there and almost done with their pyramid of range balls except John. Then with 5 minutes left before they tee off John stumbles on to the range and someone yells "What's the score John?!" And he replies "Florida is getting their a**es kicked" as he pulls out his driver. He proceeds to hit the entire pyramid of balls with one driver swing scattering them everywhere and says "Let's play". He didn't win a single skin that year.

About 25 years ago at a local exhibition match of a number of tour players I got to stand about as far as the camera is from him on several drives. What impressed me most is his grip - his hands are placed very lightly on the grip. Beautiful.

My buddy watched him at a masters tournament years ago. Everyone was hitting the back of a 350 yard practice area. His simply flew over the back! No one was close. He also said Vijay was the hardest working one out there and very consistent. But Daly has next level talent

Tiger was the best, but JD was the golfer i was always pulling for to win. JD, golfed like me and my buddies. Cigarettes, boze, and lots of fun.

Only difference was, JD could actually golf!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
