Great warmup routine, I just finished my first workout with the system yesterday and even with a strong yoga/natural movement background I found the workout to be fun and challenging. I took a few practice swings immediately afterwards and I could get into positions in my swing I’ve been working on with my coach that I have struggled with previously. You guys have developed a great tool and I hope more golfers reach for this instead of a new driver to improve their game this season!
