I REMEMBER THIS EPISODE!! When I was a kid, this aired for the first time on Fox. My family had every new Simpsons episode set to auto-record on our DVR, so when the episode was over, I rewatched it. And rewatched it. And rewatched it. I watched that episode so often that there was a point where I memorized the entire script, and I still remember some of it today. I had no reason to do this other than good childhood fun, but I still brag about it whenever I get the chance.

I had an Ethiopian nanny that was with us for almost 10 years, she was like a sister to me. she would always make Ethiopian food for me including the dish in this video and I loved it. Seeing this just brought me so much memories.

Also, it's the birthplace of coffee, and if you are looking for amazing coffee, you can't go wrong with Sidamo or Yirgacheffe coffee from Ethiopia.
