We saw the Everly Brothers (2) times in Rochester, Michigan at Meadow Brook on the Oakland University campus by the Dodge Mansion in the 1990's and they put on a great concert! Harmony was excellent! We sat right up front about 5 rows back.
Also, at the concert was Dion Dimucci! What a show for they did all their hits!

RIP Don everly. This concert has got to be be of the greatest rock and roll events in history. they hadn't played together in 10 years and with no warm up concerts. Just rehearsal and cold turkey they're out there like they never stopped, even better.. In their mid and late 40's.

I love that little shake of the head from Don at 3:13 after Phil’s started to sing the wrong words at 3:12 which put Don off to the point where he ended the line singing rubbish! Phil just grins. Kind of shows they’re only human in the midst of their normal 100% perfection. Love them.

II love to wtch them perform together. When they walk around on stage, they always get back to the microphone at exactly the same time. No one puts on a better r show than they do. This was a long concert. It's amazing how they knew all the words to all the songs and seemed to enjoy themselves as much as the audience did. I never get tired of watching it.

Galliam1 What you say is true. Being a teenager at that time, some of us did not think Little Richard was that good. Too Loud so we enjoyed this. Loved the sound of the Everlies

Fabulous.I've craved this version for years but only found the just over 2minute version .so brilliant to hear more of it before the end of my days. The Everly Bros couls be sweet and low, but they could belt it out too. R.I.P. to thesese great guys.!!
