Good way of articulating Scrum PM. It is to keep it mind Agile is flexible and Orgs can design how they want to drive. Like to say, I my Org we have 2 more additional steps to speed up the work. Prioritization meeting, Estimation meeting and Retrospective will be happening only between Scrum Master and Developers alone. Its best practice to not bring Prod Owners and Reporting managers. Over all this is just a skeleton shown in the video, you add your customization according to your business needs.
