I'm just going to go right on and say it, your hair is looking really good as it transitions further into it's new color. It really works for you Donal.
That seems like an awful lot to fit into a morning routine, but good on ya for getting it all in there when you can. If I had those two we ones, I'm afraid the only thing I'd get in is being a dad.

The morning routine is all about our elderly dog: up anywhere from 4am on, but at least can catch some decent cartoons at that hour, and there always is cider in the fridge ;)

My husband and I drink a smoothie as well with collagen protein. Also I’m a stay at home mom now with a 13 year old and 7 year old daughters, I prep my dinners as well. Try to bike ride with my kids almost everyday.
