Finally! Somebody said it. I used to get massive, horrible and painful cystic acne all the time. No matter what I did. No matter what I used, expensive or not.

But, finally after having to take a long break from cheese and milk for other reasons, I noticed my DEEP cyst acne finally clearing up and not returning, I then realized it was the milk!! Especially when it came back the second I started drinking and eating milk products.
I used to also pile sugar into the mix, which added to the inflammatory responses.

But since cutting out milk and going to a nut one, like almond milk, and cutting WAY back on sugar. I no longer get those massive, deep bumps 🙌
