How To Remove Speed Governor From A 2021 Heybike Mars.

This video shows you how to remove the governor from your Heybike Mars, after having to unplug the motor of the bike to change a flat, the speed was limited to 15mph, this is to help people with a similar problem or would like a bit more performance out of their e-bike.

Hi, will this work on the Heybike Race Max as well? In the U.S, the max speed of this ebike is only 22 mph, but is advertised as 28 mph. If so, can you please tell how to make this ebike go to 28mph as this is a very demanding bike and many people want to know how? Thank you.

I used this method to unlock my Cybervelo MARS700. My buttons are configured differently as his is + power - and mine is power + -. I pressed +and - together to open settings. Then pressed power button multiple times to scroll throw settings to PO8 that displayed my max speed of 32mph. It might be a different PO# on your bike. You will know you are at the right setting when it is displaying your maximum speed. And this is where you will change it. I pressed the minus - button to 0 zero. Then once more and it went to 100. You can press the plus or the minus button to get to 100 I just find it faster going backwards. Good luck and be safe and follow your local laws. LOL

I tried to order an ebike after thinking about it over a year and fed ex could not get it delivered to my house. I tried telling them to deliver it after five when i got off work and they wouldn't do it. If you are an ebike company i would think about using a different company to ship your ebikes. They only use a call center in India as there customer service. You can not speak directly to a FedEx representative. They are terrible at getting a package delivered to there customer, beware.

I have a similar make e-bike and for some reason I cannot get it to go into full electric only mode any more. I get into the menu and it's set to tC-n, I switch it to Y, but cannot get it to keep the setting for riding just full electric when I fell like it. Pedal assist works like it should. I haven't been able to track down any info. Do you have any ideas that can help?

I got my Mars 2022, the latest model and when I tried this like a minute ago, the LS was at 40 already. But I can only top at 20 mph. So sad.

I am thinking of giving my nephew my Mars and opt for the Porlana 1000 W that can go up to like 30 mph. 20 mph is sort of Okay on Boston roads, but I want more just in case I am in traffic circle and dont have enough acceleration to stay safe from crazy drivers.

Mine dont flash to let me change them on mine, so when i get to that menu its oike the tyre size and ls arnt flashy, its just stuck
