This wonderful tutorial was posted in 2010. It is now 2019 and OF COURSE the options have changed. Everything works EXCEPT, you need to start by selecting "NEW NOTE" instead of insert comment. From there, it is exactly as Nathan describes... at least that was my experience today. Who knows about tomorrow!! Thank you Nathan, you're a WONDER!
