Written for The Cotton States and International Exposition in Atlanta, GA. in 1895 and presented as a gift by Lt. Cmdr. Sousa to the State of Georgia. Great piece!!!

I wish someone would transcribe more of Sousa's marches to the organ.

Love the Sousa marches! He's one of my favorite all-time composers.

I have a question: how would you pronounce "musanim" when tellling a friend or someone about it? Just curious.

I don't usually listen to marches but I thought I'd give this one a go. This was actually really nice. Will you be doing more marches in the future?

I don't see why Sousa was so famous I find his music rather irritating and one of his marches often isn't much different from another
