Looking forward to checking these out! A few of my favorite non-fiction books that I would recommend are:
Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus
Rich Dad, Poor Dad
Decluttering at the Speed of Life
Atomic Habits

These books are great suggestions! I am curious about the book Rest based on your enthusiasm, ditto for 168 Hours. I follow Gretchen Rubin and read the Happiness Project years ago. I really can't come up with one title. I read some self-help, memoirs, animal tales, and history nonfiction.. But thanks for all your suggestions! I just came up with one that many might think is too sad to enjoy, Tuesdays With Morrie. Yes it deals with dying... but it has a good message... enjoy all the little details of your days, make lasting friendships, and challenge yourself. At my age (over 60) this message resonates with me.

I will definitely check out the books you mentioned in this video. I love getting non-fiction recommendations. The non-fiction books that I've read multiple times are The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, Today Matters: 12 Daily Practices to Guarantee Tomorrow's Success by John C Maxwell, and Things That Matter: Overcoming Distraction to Pursue A More Meaningful Life by Joshua Becker. I feel like the titles of these books say all that needs to be said. I also feel like the authors of these books want everyone to be successful and have more meaningful lives. Two books that remind me of So Good They Can't Ignore You are Born for This: How to Find the Work You Were Meant To Do by Chris Guillebeau and Master of One: Find and Focus on the Work You Were Created To Do by Jordan Raynor. I got a lot from these books as well.

I read The Happiness Project and did my own project (in which I learned a lot about myself). I still have The Distraction Addiction on my TBR. It sounds so interesting. Writing Is My Drink... I haven't heard of this one. (I'm an author.) Haha, maybe the title didn't register in my brain because I don't drink.🤣I LOVED So Good They Can't Ignore You! AND, I LOVED LOVED Deep Work! It changed the way I write!
