Can we have more QS related videos please, maybe providing answers to some common queries, such as;
- Difference between Perf Bond, Parent Co. Guarantee and Collateral Warranties
- Diff between All Risk, Employers Liability, Product and PI types of insurance (+ any others)
- Diff dispute resolutions, and their adv. and dis.
- RICS & BESA - Definition of the prime cost of dayworks - what they are, what they are used for, how they are built up
- When is it applicable to apply a day off in lieu following night or weekend working

A dangerous generalization. You have said nothing about the wide variety of alloys in either group. Your casual viewers will assume that all hot rolled steel acts the same. Would you like it if one of them hand forged a suspension component for YOUR car out of "hot rolled steel" because of what you have said here?

Very incorrect information. Cold rolled is way stronger. You've got it the wrong way round

Another great video!

If anyone is studying a QS or Building surveying Degree, you'll wanna subscribe to this channel.

This video is very useful in your 2nd year of study!

Well researched videos that are very informative!!

I've referenced/cited em a few time in my assignments. *Just a heads up now that there is a website to this channel, be sure to change the wording on your assignment as plagiarism programmes like TurnItIn will pick up on it. Specially now that there is a website that transcripts the YouTube videos. So do bare that in mind!!!*
