He is from the Parsi community, which originated in Iran. This small community fled Iran decades ago due to Islamist persecution. India wholeheartedly accepted them, and today this community is the wealthiest in India.

Correction ‘He donated most of his wealth to charity which amounts in Billions of US Dollars’. He was not a businessman but an Industrialist. May he be remembered till eternity for his vision and dedication and righteousness.

For those who dont know this legend is actually the richest person in india and not the ambani's the reason he is not even in the list of the richest is because he donates 90% of his billionaire wealth to cancer charity institutes. 2 months back my mom was diagnosed with cancer and had to do surgery but we are not from a wealthy family so it was difficult for us but we went to one of his subsidized cancer institute and the cost was extremely subsidized that we were able to get a surgery for my mom. He saved my moms life and i will forever be grateful to him for his kindness and generosity. I know for sure that u are now in a better place R.I.P sir 🙏
