Today we are going on to discover Antico Forno Pollina. This is bakery, situated in Trapani, Sicily, Italy, has been baking breads for 4th generation. They use an ancient wood oven that is more than 130 year old as it has been baking breads since 1893.
They offer a wide range of typical sweet & savory baked food like biscuits, pizzas, arancini & panettone.
