The imp mask from Okami. It's literally just a scrap of paper over Amaterasu's face that you can draw whatever silly thing you want on it. The guards at the door instantly recognise you as an imp as if you aren't still very visibly a wolf. In fact, no-one recognises you.

The disguise to get into the Boyle's party in Dishonored. It's literally just the same assassin mask you've been wearing. You even sign your real name into the guest book and all the guests are just like "wow what a topical mask, dressing just like that assassin that's been going around lately!"

I love how stupid of a disguise the lynel mask is best part is I don’t even think the mask actually convinces them I think they are dumbfounded then they attack

Not sure if this was in the last list but in Final Fantasy 7 when you infiltrate the Navy and Red XIII dresses in a uniform and walks awkwardly around on his hind legs. Brilliant.

Clive in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet. It's especially funny that the game gives you dialogue options for not being surprised about his true identity. If you were surprised at some point, it's probably when you realized he managed to wear pants under shorts.

Didn’t think 47s dealer dialogue could get any funnier… than andy hits out with “one drugs please” and it took me out lol

One video game disguise I can think of is Captain Keeta’s mask from Majora’s Mask. Sure, it fools the undead king of Ikana canyon… for a few minutes before he realizes you’re too small to be the actual Captain Keeta, a giant skeleton that towers over everything.

For the lynel mask, if you're riding a horse while wearing it, you'll actually convince them

I'd go with the Hitman 3 Release 1.0 version of the Marrakesh hostage. In Hitman 2016, he's a personal friend of Reza Zaydan, who's betrayed Reza, been caught, and then taken captive with a bag on his head.
Except that the 1.0 release of Hitman 3 neglected to include the bag, which kept anyone from noticing if an entirely different man was now sitting where the hostage had been. Anyone including Reza himself, who comes by to interrogate his captive repeatedly!

How about Faust from Guilty Gear? Dr. Baldhead from the first game put a paper bag over his face and hoped you'd think he's a DIFFERENT nine-foot tall mad doctor with an eight-foot scalpel and the exact same bizarre fighting stance.

The conveniently shaped lamp in Undertale.
You’re not even wearing the shading, you’re just standing next to it

Spy's TF2 Disguise is just him putting on a cardboard mask of the class he's mimicking

The Stone Mask in Majora's Mask makes Link practically invisible to most things despite it being a creepy disguise that only covers his face.

Clive from pokemon scarlet and violet. it's just your principal wearing a massive pompadour and an ill fitting school uniform. not even covering his beard

Owain, Inigo and Severa’s dye jobs in Fire Emblem Fates come to mind. At least Owain bothered to change class

Personal favourite would have to be Ezio in Assassin's Creed 2, casually strolling into Carnevale dressed exactly like the guy in the white hood who's been ruthlessly murdering people all over Italy, wearing a golden mask so it couldn't possibly be him right?

The Feral Ghoul mask from Fallout 3. You still have a fully human body, and your companion still has a human everything, but somehow this tricks all feral ghouls into being friendly indefinitely.

The best part of the Mr. L thing is that Mario suspects something is off with L, but doesn't get it. I think it's because Mr. L is so egotistical and proud, while Luigi is pretty meek.

one of my fav videogame disguises is that one from Skyrim, the dark brotherhood quest where you need to poison the emperors food, and all you need to do is take a chef hat on

Let's not forget that there is exactly _one_ person fooled by the Masked Royal's disguise: Kikui's wife, Professor Burnet, who is caught in a Lois Lane-style love triangle with the two.
