The charge pocket is very smart, it will hold the phone in place compared to the Rav4 Hybrid which is stupid with the phone sliding all around and never actually charging.

Hello Shakeem! I came across your video on the Prologue EX. I just purchased one last weekend and let me tell you, you have shown me more about this car than the salesman who sold me this car. I do have a problem and my sales guy is no help, not sure what happened but i cannot hear any music. Radio or on apple play. On Apple play the song is playing but I can’t hear it. I checked the volume. Volume is on but no audio. Can you help me? I would really appreciate it.

Hows the sound system in the Ex. Debating on this model, but it doesent have the bose system compared to the higher models.. Any thoughts?
