Tell your bosses that this is the best thing they can possibly do to market their products, and it puts a "face" or personal spin on Warmoth as a brand. Love it!

Another fun floyd trick... if you break a string at the saddle you can always take a wrap or two off the tuning post and reinsert the string. Will usually get you to the end of the set when you can address any issues.

I never understood the "it's hard to change strings on a Floyd Rose" line. It's actually super easy and the time you spend cutting off a ball end and loosening and then tightening the locking nut is worth it because no matter how good your non-double locking trem system is at staying in tune the Floyd Rose stays in tune better.

How about a video about all the different strat trem options like 2-point, vintage, wilkinson recessed etc.

@03:55 Absolutely! Both of my Jacksons have an OFR, and I've had to toothpick-tip the wood screws twice on the Soloist and once on the Dinky. Nuts should be installed with screws from underneath a la Kramer always did in the 80s.

This is an old video, but I found it extremely informative! He just explained a tuning issue I’ve had for years! And I have my own repair shop! Now I have work to do. Thx

If you string a Floyd 1 string at a time, thick to thin, and tune it as you go, there will be no issues with the bridge moving up up down. Perfect for first time owners.

Aaron, making these videos was absolutely vital as people don't have to guess anymore what all the different exotic wood species will sound like. Try to make videos of as many wood combinations as possible. Many thanks

I've been gathering part for three months now, and tomorrow I finally get to put my first Warmoth guitar together! I will be using a Floyd Rose, but it's the "Rail" model. Still have plans for at least two more Warmoth builds. Best in the business as far as I'm concerned.

Bonus tip…I never remove the ball end. I thread that through the tuner, then trim the excess even with the fine tuners.

I’m buying a 80s Ibanez Roadstar RS 450 with an Edge trem tomorrow. You made me feel better about it. I will learn how to love a Floyd even if it kills me!

#6. With the Floyd you can release the strings at the bridge and swap a pickup and then reattach the strings quickly. Or remove a pickguard.
