I lived in Butler PA. The fair ground are not huge. How does a 20 year old kid bring in a rifle get on a roof 130 yards away from the stage? This is a total failure by the Secret Service and law enforcement.

I live 3 miles from Mar-A-Lago and they used to sweep my yard with dogs on the regular. And when he was in town, they'd be in our yards. This kid being allowed up there unseen is just weird
