Transformers Auto-Converting Grimlock EARLY UNBOXING/FIRST IMPRESSIONS!

Robosen has partnered with Hasbro to release some really cool Transformers robots. I reviewed their Auto-Converting Optimus Prime in the past, and it's amazing to see it transform by itself in front of your eyes. Since then, I've also purchased the trailer for Optimus Prime off-camera, and Robosen has released a non-transforming Bumblebee. But today, Robosen has officially revealed their next Auto-Converting robot and it's Grimlock from the original G1 Transformers. Robosen reached out to me and sent me the Grimlock early, and so I wanted to share my unboxing and first impressions with you all.

Robosen is calling this the "world's first auto-converting dual-form bipedal to bipedal walking robot". Just like prior releases, this can be voice controlled or controlled via an app. The app has built in actions, as well as manual and block-based programming to create your own movements. It has just been announced that pre-orders are available now, and there is a special pre-order price of $1,499 compared to the regular MSRP of $1,699. This item is set to release Mid-Fall 2023.

The price is quite high, and I did not have price information at the time of recording, as mentioned in the video. But what I will say is that it is very impressive. The transformation looks super cool and there are so many great voice clips and actions that really make this product a true showcase. Hopefully you enjoy this unboxing and first impressions. This is perfect! G1 Grimlock is my favorite Transformer! This makes him feel like the one from the show is alive! They even got the original voice actor! The price is the only thing that is horrible about it. I thought $1, 500 was insane, but that is the pre-order discount? That is so creepy.
P.S. fart jokes make me laugh the most for a humor subject, so that it is now Canon that Grimlock does that is amazingly hilarious to me! This really is the perfect toy to me. Too bad I will likely never be able to afford it.

A G1 accurate Grimlock with his real voiced by Gregg Berger and that is a real robot that can really Transform and even farts!? It is a perfect toy for me! Exactly what I think is cool and funny! That price though, they need to lower it. It... It's very bad.
