INGREDIENTS for keto low carb blondies

3 large eggs, room temperature
6 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar alternative
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
¼ tsp salt

How To Make Keto Blondies?

2. In a large bowl add the eggs, butter, vanilla extract, granulated sweetener and mix using an electric mixer for about 1-2 minutes or until frothy.
3. Incorporate the dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder until a slightly thick batter forms.
4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F/175°C
6. Remove from the oven and allow the keto blondies to chill for about 10 minutes.

I wish the video would have specified Brown sugar substitute like in the printed recipe.
