AMAZING Keto Cheesecake Brownies Recipe! How to Make Easy Keto Dessert

Items Used:

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F
2. Start with your brownie batter. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Spray your 9x9 brownie pan with oil spray of choice or butter. You can also use a 8x8 pan.
4. Add batter into the pan and reserve about 1/2 a cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl.
5. Now, let’s make your cheesecake batter. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid any clumps! Beat your cream cheese for a few minutes until creamed.
6. Add sweetener, vanilla, eggs and salt and beat until smooth. Add on top of your brownie mixture.
7. Dollop or spoon your brownie mixture on top of your cheesecake. Then use a knife or toothpick to swirl.
8. Bake your cheesecake brownies at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

I’m a baker trying to kick sweets so this is perfect alternative for me! Pro tip : bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes and put a oven safe bowl full of ice under it while it bakes . Turn it off and let it completely cool down with the oven . This way the top won’t brown too much and it won’t sink a whole lot! Happy keto baking y’all!

If I did the math correctly and considering you used everything the same, it's about 3g carb per brownie if you divide it into 9 squares. Love it! 💗

I just want to say your recipes have been helping my family deal with pre diabetes. We have had some scary news from our lab work so we have collectively decided to do better and reduce our carb intake. Cheesecake brownies are one of our favorite desserts. Our diets are so restrictive now because we are going keto and it feels like we are losing all of our favorite meals. This recipe stuck out to me when I was looking for keto desserts for fathers day. My dad has been struggling because he loves sweets and he cant eat most of them anymore. To be able to give him back one of his desserts is such a blessing. Thank you!

I just made this dessert last night and the taste is pretty decent and surprisingly sweet. If you’re not a coffee drinker skip on the decaf coffee, the taste comes through pretty strong. The cooking time was about an hour or so in the oven. The recipe stated 40-45 min, but the cake itself was too jiggly and the middle seemed undercooked .
I will make this dessert again with no coffee and maybe add some toasted nuts if macros allow it .

Made them and love them! Super decadent for sure. I calculated them to have approximately 5 net carbs per brownie. I cut the batch into 9 pieces. I will make them again for sure. They didn't have that minty aftertaste that some keto recipes have that I hate.

I thought I failed at this recipe 😢 … First I forgot the butter and on top of that I only had an 8 oz tub of cream cheese so the cheese cake batter came out super runny. Also the timing is way off. Started with 10 at 350 then 35 at 325, but the center was still wet, probably from the runny cheese cake batter. I ended up adding an additional 20 minutes and increased the temperature … Lastly, the brownie mixture rose to the top and covered the cheese cake completely … I put it in the fridge overnight but OMG the flavors were amazing. This taste so good it feels guilty eating it!! Wow!! You are amazing!!!
