I could of got the s23 Ultra but I had the pixel 6 pro and was tired of having a big screen. I got the
S23 just for the small size alone and I love it.

Nice review. I ran a S21 Ultra and before that the S10e. My choice was betwoon the S23 Ultra and the S23 and I went for the smaller form factor as a daily driver. Love the camera setup of the ultra's better, but I can manage on the S23. It's great in the hand, performs well (snapdragon 2) and batt life is good. It can easily take me trough a day. Also, the pixel 7 was mentioned in this review but it is a larger form factor.

I upgraded from the S8 and am loving it. Samsung Switch app made it so easy to mirror my old phone to my new phone at home (even layout of home screen, app placement, etc). Hope to have it for 4-5 years.

Bought it today. Wanted to yesterday already and sprinted to the store after work but I actually forgot my wallet at home <.< 256gb version for the ufs 4.0. Fast charging I couldn't care less about. Just set up a Routine to only charge in protect battery mode until 6am the next day so I don't overcharge it when I leave it plugged in all night. Those routines seem limitless.
Also...the last time I bought an actual flagship phone was 2014 with the Xperia Z3. Screen broke, had it repaired, two weeks later my cat knocked it off the kitchen table and it broke again. Most expensive mistake I ever made. Didn't repair it again. Screen Protector and case are already on the S23 and so far it is amazing. It isn't small. It is just weird how phablet sizes have become the norm. Still bigger than almost all phones 7-8 years ago.

I used to have the S22 Ultra but I found I did'nt use the S Pen much and video with 10X zoom made it more difficult plus I do more videos on my phone than photos so not gonna miss the 10x that much. I went down to the S22 and agree with the battery life on that, but I have the S23 and I love it

The S23 is the best compact phone on the market now period! I got the S23 256GB in the color green and it's a great snappy device in other words, a pocket friendly beast instead of a fk brick in your pocket!

You say Boring, I hear Minimalistic, which is a breath of fresh air in a sea of folds and flips and flashy vivo, oppos, however i do wish they'd launched brighter colors as well as they have in some regions.

S23 is a game changer for Samsung. The upgrades are noticable huge considering the update policy, cameras and the software with epic performance. I totally love my S23. And it's not boring for me. I got 256GB varient for 550$ in India.

But if you record something on the regular camera app and post in on like tiktok, instagram, whatsapp does the quality then drop alot? I heard a lot of people say that the quality drops. Hey, another great vid, I have maybe a random comparison question. I have a pixel 7 pro that I am on the 3rd RMA for a screen flickering/banding distortion thing. Sammy has a pretty good trade in value right now and I am thinking of jumping ship to galaxy land. I find the 7 pro a little too big and love the size of my wifes s22 so was actually thinking of "downgrading" to the s23. I have had every pixel except the 1st and never had this many issues. Any thoughts?
