What about the items on the Register with the Asterix ? are they suppose to be mandatory ? You have left this out in your upload and it still allows you to finish the upload. In my case, i cant untill all the items in the boxes with Asterix are filled out. There is an issue with two tabs - I have a tab which differs from yours "Precinct/ Portion" & "Stage". Both these field have a drop down but no options in the drop down. Was this suppose to be prefilled using meta data ?
