I am suprised to hear that in Aconex, user can register a document without conforming to document numbering procedure. This is not a good way to control a document. A reference must be a mandatory field and must respect the format set by the admin. Another issue is how come a user skip a recipient in the workflow ? Again a workflow must be set by the admin following the distribution Matrix. If we can set up in a such way..then it's a mess in EDMS ! Thank you for the demo
