My G-d hears my prayers and answers according to His will. If I have a need or a request for someone else, He is faithful to provide, according to His will. He never fails.

I never prayed for this storm to come. Certainly you would know that.
Us human beings have no reason to complain about what happens, when we were the ones who broke the covenant with G-d. None of us are good. We all sin. And yet, G-d in His mercy, still is waiting upon many people to turn their hearts toward Him.

I live in long island & the damage was unforeseeable. I mean I know this hurricane wasn't massive like Katrina but it damage the area. I been without power for 4 days. I'm glad I have family supporting me & giving me shelter. My condolences to those who have suffered through more because of this storm.

This is accurate. Toronto and Southern Ontario were being hit by the outer edges of the rain bands around 5PM Eastern time. The wind started in Ottawa around 6:30-7:00 PM with light rain

Others OUTSIDE of the hurricane can't do anything. WE on the inside are acting and doing the best we can to prepare and survive. I understand what you mean, but those outside can't do anything but pray, and that is something. It helps. More than you'll ever know.
