At my son’s middle school I’m currently fighting against the administration because they’re trying to force all students to only wear school hoodies that they Sell for $25 in the main office school is a public building and they shouldn’t be forcing children to wear and especially buy clothing to wear in a public building

*The chalk mark will not stand up in court. They would have to physically sit there for 2 hours and watch the vehicle to prove it didn’t move. As soon as they visually lose sight of the vehicle he can’t prove it didn’t move. Same as if a vehicle runs from police. If they can’t see who is driving, if they spot the vehicle 15 minutes later somewhere, they can not prove the person they now see in the vehicle is the same person who fled from police 15 minutes earlier.*
