I think its crazy, these Defendants can sit in jail all this time, because state doesn't have their crap together. No evidence, judge breaking laws, brady violations ect. They should of got bond when asked for. Entire case should be dismissed!!!

My husband is a police officer and SWAT Commander. All of his notes are kept in a locked safe at work and cannot be destroyed until approved by the Police Board. How could these cops not have their notes? Shoddy work.
