I was so involved with vocal activities when I was a kid, and singing always came so easy to me, that when people were telling me that they couldn’t sing, I didn’t understand how that could be possible. Now that I’m older, I totally understand what it means to not be able to sing. It just breaks my heart because it’s the only thing I ever really love to do that I was good at.

I recorded it and discovered that on some of the notes I was off???!!!, so hoping to sort this out, love your pleasant personality which makes it easier to receive guidance Thank You! Be Well

Many thanks, Barbara. I am 66 now, going on 67, started to sing at 58. Trying to get as much out of my singing as I can. Very high voice, always struggled with low notes but now I was able to do the very low exercises with ease. Will follow more of your lessons, thanks!

I expected to lose high notes but at 63 this old tenor has lost low notes. They turned to dust. Most of these videos address high notes. Looking for help. My ENT says my cords are in good shape.

Love this new channel. Now that I’m 50, I’m having trouble with some notes in my break that sound breathy and weak, (G, A B on the staff). Also find that after singing at a couple of things, later in the evening, my voice is not optimal anymore. How can I keep my voice healthy all day?

Great video, thank you. Do you have any insight into how Hashimotos can impact the vocal cords and anything to do about it?
