Sir, I want to thank you for these videos from the bottom of my heart. They've really helped me immensely with realising how important SR really is in mijn self-development journey. There's only 1 problem I have right now that I did not have before SR. I've started experiencing mild insomnia, combined with just ridiculously hyper realistic dreams. Almost every single day, just now I awoke from one and I was genuinely so concerned about myself in that dream right before I actually woke up. I keep having these false awakenings in dreams where I wake up, but I'm actually still asleep, but I do not realise that. This happens like multiple times in my sleep before I wake up. Do you possibly have any advice as to how to overcome this, or why this is happening?I've had weird dreams all my life, but this is just beyond right now, it's unexplainable almost for me. Any help would be immensely appreciated 🙏 🙏
