This was never a war; it was an extermination. Now, with the walls closing in on Netanyahu, with non of their objectives accomplished Israel faces a future of constant fear from its neighbours. Many Israelis and many businesses have already left the country, and the allure of Israel as "The Promised Land" for Jews worldwide has diminished significantly. Israel's standing on the international stage and its relations with the Arab world have been severely damaged. No reputable business will want to invest in a country that has just live-streamed a genocide and allowed extremist elements to run the government.

The Palestinian cause has taken center stage globally. The overwhelming amount of information available about the Israeli occupation has made its brutality and immorality undeniable. Now is the time for the Palestinian people to achieve freedom and self-determination.

I met the family back in 2019 when I visited Palestine.

His wife and son are both so inspirational, and they are not allowed to visit Marwan in prison. I hope he is released but only time will tell.
