I saw on YouTube car surrounded by gravel that was burned and many other burned areas that were not surrounded by grass, it seems to me very suspicious

What area's there are growth in Australia, it's super dooper flammable. If it doesn't rain for a long time, it is impossible to avoid a whole season of extreme deadly fires. If it does rain, it only helps the excess foliage to act as great combustible fuel pile. Australia is best suited to handle big fire seasons, even though it doesn't mean the fires don't cause devestation. Australia are more prepared for extreme fire seasons, meaning they are savy at minimising the destruction of life, habitat, communities and towns. Usually it's only the few folks that think they can fight a huge fire with rubber hoses, or outrun a vicious fire, and or leave at the very last minute. It's rare for people to ignore fire warnings, and stick around to protect themselves whilst trying to save their home, business or livestock. Most Australians do take the safer option, and follow the advice of officials when it comes to saving their lives. It's why Australians are the most sought out help for countries that face bushfire season. Australia is expecting a big bushfire season 2023-2024, because of this, they have been prepping for it since ages ago.

Removing grazing livestock and planting trees will eliminate the bulk of these grasses.

Blaming invasive grasses for the spread of fire is like blaming trees for growing everywhere.
