I had this happen with a locked gate and customer had to walk to me. Support taught me how to do this and asked about 3 times if I was sure how to do it myself going forward. I guess they’re tired of people calling for this reason 😂

Had that happen yesterday when I handed the package to the resident as he was pulling out of their long driveway. Flex said I wasn't at the location so I put my phone in Airplane Mode.

I just turn off cellular and it will let you proceed.
