You must take routes with the highest payout, 3h $90+, 4h $110/$120, 5h $150+.
When you load your car you should section it, for example passenger seat is section 1, behind passenger seat is section 2, behind driver seat is section 3, trunk are section 4/5, depends what kind of car you drive.
This is how I arrange the packages in my car, in the packages use the last 4 digits example, 0000/1000 in section 1, 2000/3000 in section 2, 4000/5000 in section 3, 6000/7000 in section 4, 8000/9000 in section 5.
Always check in 15 minutes before you route starts and use 15 minutes to load your car no more than that cause time is money.
Not easy but is posible 😎👍🏼

An FYI for everyone that goes over excess time on their block. Go to earning for that date. Click on report problem, fill out the form…date, time of block…how long you went over by…1 hr…2!!! They are very good for paying you for your excess time, especially when we get those apartments!! 😬 I believe we can all agree to this😅I have never had an issue with them not paying. Make sure to always screenshot your last delivery location time. 🙏🏻

I'm also new to Flex. "Technically " your passenger can not drive or have contact with customers per Flex rules. 🙄 I hold out for the larger paying blocks. My last was 4.5 hr and $181.50. Also I took a 3 hr for $134.00 and we stood around in line waiting for a ticket. After 30 minutes they sent us home with full pay because carts weren't ready. Bonus.

Coming from a Amazon and dhl vet just line all your packages up in order from the back of your trunk to the seat or the first packages in the front seat and last in the back 👍🏽

Writing the number on the packages was my best thing for my first block today made delivery so much better did take me a bit to organize my car but I feel ill get faster at it the more I do I mainly need to do this during summer because I work in a school and don't get paid for summer

I worked for the USPS. I had over 500 packages to deliver every day in addition to the mail on my route. This seems like eating cake compared to that!

I don’t do flex anymore, but my bf goes dashing with me & especially when places are packed in shopping centers & such, it saves so much time! & when you go & it’s packed, I don’t have to walk halfway across the parking lot & back, he drops me off at the front, pulls to a spot, watches for me, then picks me up. It saves a lot of time so we’re able to get more dashes! & before anyone attacks me, no I’m not “so lazy I can’t walk a little bit to pick up an order” but the longer you take on a dash, the less dashes you will get. Time is money with gigs like these! ☺️

I also do Amazon Flex. I have all my envelopes/ small packages in my passenger side but also in order on the floor and packages 1-5 sometimes 10 next to me in the seat. Then 11-21 in my back seat and 22-36 in my trunk.

AF 4 hour block. 50 miles 27 packages come back home more then 50 miles. Country side delivery. Country side house are way way far from gate. Calling customer many time. Then call diver support. Big big dog outside. Once u drop packages and moving to another house. Praying and wishing somebody out side. If u see people outside at there house make grate relief. Also no road at country side. Also praying for wheel don’t give up.

My 1st block was "5 hours". I had 25 packages and delivered in 2 hours.

I went to a pickup station and all the packages were giant boxes. It's was one of the stations they have you roll up and they bring the cart out- and they didn't all fit in my vehicle. A worker came thru and ended up taking most of the boxes out and left me with the smaller ones. So I'd assume if there is ever anything you physically can't handle- either let a worker know right then or bring it back to the station after your block is up.

You helped me decide not to do Amazon flex. It’s important that I know where I am going. Having to pay my own toll which is $4 one way. My car is very small too
