When presenting, don't waste energy trying to convince the listener. The listener/audience do not need to believe. The listener/audience need to believe that YOU BELIEVE what you are saying. If the listener/audience believe that you believe what you are saying, then YOU are an EFFECTIVE SPEAKER. Wow.
