Y’know what, I’m outta make a whole essay of the details in this video cuz the effort is OUTSANDING! <3

So first, from 0:00 The intro makes it look like the VHS tapes we see in the game and the background used is just the one on the background of the VHS tapes. And I think it’s a good decision to use it here since in the game it works as a tutorial and gives lore hints! Due to the effects added and even the format used, it’s accurate to ‘em! ^^

0:09 This is the exact same hallway where for the first time ever Mommy appears as an actual threat instead of just watching you hoping you lose in any of the mini games, of course she has always been displayed as an enemy but until this point she has been just playing around with a passive-aggressive attitude. By the way! The flashlight is on point with the slowly rising beat, showing her pop-up and disappear repeatedly, I personally think this would have been a better way to display her in this moment, since we all know how obsessed she is with games, teasing the player a bit is a 100% fitting.

0:16 Poppy Playtimes whole atmosphere is based on cartoon like characters being extremely disturbing despite having vibrating colors, children toys are made this way to keep the child’s attention on the toy, however when her eyes appear in the dark, despite glowing they are completely dull. The emerald green being so outstanding, in the dark is completely dull.

And so 0:18 has a breathing effect and then the chase begins. As I mentioned before, the bright colors of Mommy are dried out, throughout the underground everything, unlike the higher part of the factory, is dark, it’s a place that holds horrors and cruel experiments.

Also, the walls are a good detail, if you focus on them they seem to be zooming in and they have a repeating pattern, should I even mention why the “trypophobia” meme fits so well here?! I still will for sure! Trypophobia is an irrational fear towards geometrical shapes being put together very closely, mostly small holes or small rectangular shapes. In this case the wall can cause little discomfort related with trypophobia itself!

In the chase, Mommy’s hands popping out of the dark is on beat with the music and the bounce of parts like her hair and eyes due to crawling is very realistic and accurate to actual physics! And the sound effects are the same as in the game through her chases, she makes weeeird sounds lol I have zero idea how or if you cut out the sounds to separate it from the original music, anyway props to you for that detail!

0:31 In here we see the player, and their design is adorable! the running bounce and how well you can see their expression despite having very simple features is astonishing, and the grab-pack looks exactly like in the game, I like how you managed to show the player and make them look gender neutral and of course give them yellow skin for any race representation, since they are a self-insert character! Mommy long legs in the back is twisted, and reminded me of how she ran in the commercial of introduction in the game, nice! And her sometimes moving her head looks very realistic.

0:41 The camera shake to show how fast MC is running is very cool, and how they just went straight to the door, turned their back and pulled the lever since that is most players reaction! (Or they panic and don’t pull the lever lol) it’s a great detail!
0:43 And lastly we see Mommy’s lifeless body on the floor, in the same position as in the game with blood splatter across the tiles and on herself, there’s a transition with one of the screams when she gets stuck in the machine and then a fade out, the song ends, and silence.



In other words, A TRUE MASTERPIECE, APPRECIATE THE DETAILS, IT’S SO GOOD AAHH- ✨🧚‍♀️❤️ <3
