Model a terrain map with SketchUp, cut it up in Slicer for Fusion 360, check the dxf files for flaws with AutoCAD, then send it to Ponoko to cut the pieces. Also download and install extensions from SketchUCation and the Extension Warehouse.

It appears my problem is with the location. If I select a location away from the Niagara river it works as advertised.

Hello, I saw a good video!
I'm majoring in architecture at a university in Korea. I found an app called Slicer on "AUTODESK APP SOTRE" in your video, but it's now gone.
Can I get some advice on other apps or methods?

I am trying to follow your steps but when I bring the location into sketchup it brings in the location snapshot but not the location terrain so I can't go any further. Any help would be appreciated.

is there anyway you can help me. I have watched everyone of your videos and I still don't understand. I have imported a sketch into 123 design but I cant alter it at all. example.... I want to make a bone or fish into a bowl but once I import it I cant hollow it out or add sides. I have tried to follow you step by step but I cant seem to get anywhere. please

Thankyou so much for the tutorial. If I may ask, is the exported terrain from google earth on sketchup already on scale 1:1? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! :)
